Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using DreamCloud at dreamcloud.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 18 or older.

2. The service

DreamCloud provides AI-generated dream readings for reflection and entertainment. Readings are not psychological, medical, or predictive advice. We sell reading credits and optional dream-art credits via one-time Stripe Checkout — there is no subscription at launch.

3. Accounts & privacy

You are responsible for your account credentials. Dream text is used only to generate your reading; we do not use your dreams to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for export and deletion rights.

4. Payments & refunds

Credits are consumed when a full reading or dream-art job runs. Failed pipelines restore credits automatically. Unused reading credits may be refunded self-serve from your account page — see our Fair Billing Promise.

5. Acceptable use

• —Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to extract our models
• —Do not use DreamCloud for harassment or illegal activity

6. Limitation of liability

DreamCloud is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
